The organizers of WikiConference North America are dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of level of experience, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, physical abilities, neurodiversity, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, or socio-economic background. A Safe Space Policy (or Friendly Space Policy) exists to support a healthy and sustainable community where diversity and inclusion can thrive. This includes harassment, deliberate intimidation, and incitement of violence including encouraging a person to commit self-harm. This includes posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information ("doxing") online.
