Deletion of out of scope submissions
Must out of scope submissions be deleted? Can they not be just labeled out of scope? I would still like these people to attend the event, and for people to see what is not accepted.

- I see a distinction between a legitimate submission that doesn't get accepted, for whatever reason, and promotional material entirely unrelated to the conference. In the former case, I agree with you completely; in the latter case, on the other hand, we're not going to continue hosting it just because it came in via a submission form.
