About Boston and Cambridge
Cambridge, where MIT is located, is directly north of Boston. The Saturday-Sunday-Monday portion of the event will take place on the MIT Campus, in Building 32 (the Stata Center).
Transportation
The MBTA provides public transportation (subway and bus) in Boston and Cambridge. MIT is located on the Kendall Square red line stop.
Lodging
The closest hotels to MIT are the Marriott, Residence Inn, and Kendall Hotel.

Those on a budget might consider staying in Quincy, which is a ~30 minute T ride south of Cambridge on the same line, where rates tend to be much lower than in Boston or Cambridge. Some hotels convenient to T stations include:
