Conference outline

WikiConference North America 2017 is taking place over the course of two days, and we have many exciting activities planned to welcome you to Montreal!

The BAnQ Vieux-Montréal, where WCNA is hosting an edit-a-thon, trainings, programming, and more.

Our second-annual Culture Crawl connects Wikimedians with Montreal's cultural institutions. The day's activities are a great chance to explore and connect with the city you'll be spending the rest of Wikimania in.

August 10 - Thursday - Programming
On Thursday we invite you to attend our three-track programming sessions, which includes:

  • Presentations from community members on their activities, projects, and more.
  • Technical workshops on Wikidata, the Outreach Dashboard, and more.
  • Roundtable discussion on innovating edit-a-thons and meetups
