The ongoing addition in Linguistic base in cyber space,surrounding,environment or social techno changes in life bring the information managment a big challenge for cyber user to have a consolidated Linguistic Repository in our case WikiLeak.the data dictionary may serve as skeleton to the repository so that in general ,the phenomenal terminology in different demographic region with specific meaning should be manage in wikileaks .the idea will be further explore in conference
