- Abstract
Timeless, a skin presenting a total overhaul of the MediaWiki interface, was deployed to Wikimedia production based on popular demand in November 2017. Over the course of 2017 and into 2018, three grant proposals have been submitted to the Wikimedia Foundation for funding further development and support of Timeless before the project finally received funding to resolve the many extant issues with the skin and turn it into something that can help shape the future of MediaWiki skinning. This session will discuss what happened with these proposals, as well as the current status and future of work on the Timeless project itself.
