Hi [[Mckensiemack | Mckensiemack]], thanks for your submission. I would like to invite you to expand a little bit on your proposal. Could you summarize for example a little more what the background of this proposal is (it seems that you developed it for an institution?) and explain in a sentence or two what kind of learnings a participant can expect? Is this more about understanding the big picture, or about developing personal skills? Thanks, that would be helpful! Of course [[Effeietsanders|Effeietsanders]]! The proposal focuses on hierarchies of power at the personal, cultural, and institutional level; identifying ways in which participants can use their knowledge of cultural and institutional bias both to identify and stand up against harassment when they see it online and in person. It's a quick guide to anti-harassment practice which will cover both big picture themes (with their complexity broken down so folks can understand them) and will serve as an introduction to developing personal skills as organizers, Wikipedians, editors, and leaders in the Wiki movement for knowledge equity. Is this what you were looking for?

Hi Mckensiemack, thanks for your submission.
