Virtual Possibilities
What are the chances of a virtual option again this year? I've enjoyed taking part virtually in recent years as much as I have been able but I am in the point in my life where I don't think I can convince my wife and kids that traveling to Toronto for a multiple day Wikimedia conference would be a good use of the travel budget and my days off! -- Dolotta (talk) 20:20, 5 July 2023 (UTC)

Timeline for proposal acceptance?
Hi there. Many thanks for organizing this conference; I know it is a ton of work. When do you plan to share which proposals have been accepted for the program? For those of us who need to go through the multi-faceted WMF travel approval process, it's important to be able to make travel plans as soon as possible.
