- How many posters will be on display?
- Will you be displaying on rented double sided poster boards from Dame Associates, easels, or ePoster boards?
- Will there be any projects or demos on display next to these posters?
- Do you know who will be the caterer for your event?
- Will food/beverages be dropped off or will wait staff be present in Stata?
