Panel FAQs?
I was thinking of holding a panel, but I'm unsure as to what that entails. I was hoping that there might be some FAQs about holding a panel somewhere? I know that holding a panel can raise the chances of me getting one of the scholarships, but I'm also interested in just holding one in general. Also, do we have to be our own moderators or would someone else be able to serve as one? I've attended some panels at anime conventions, but I've never participated on one.
