abstract | Wikitext | Wikimedia hubs are networks or coalitions of Wikimedia-allied organizations and people. We've proposed a North American hub, to be made up of a defined voluntary coalition of user groups and chapters and allied organizations. We'll describe what we've proposed and what other regional and thematic hubs are doing. The North American hub may formally exist by the time of this presentation; we don't know yet. Things are moving slowly. By staying educated, we can partner smartly and efficiently. Background: |
