Program submissions will open May 1, 2025. The preliminary program will be posted August 15th.

Things to know

• We request for submissions to be 25 minutes in length + 5 minutes for Q&A
  • Some exceptions will be allowed, please explain the need for more time in your submission.
  • Presentations can be done either in-person or virtually, and may be pre-recorded if needed.
• Notification about submission status will be sent in July.
• Dates and times for accepted programs will be sent out August 15th.
• Accepted submissions will have until September 15th to request date/time changes. After that time, further changes will not be made, unless there is an emergency.
