WCNA welcomes proposals for virtual and in-person presentations. This year's conference will be fully hybrid. Both presenters and attendees will be able to join the conference in whatever format works best for them.
Things to know
- We request for submissions to be 25 minutes in length + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Some exceptions will be allowed, please explain the need for more time in your submission.
- Presentations can be done either in-person or virtually, and may be pre-recorded if needed.
- Notification about submission status will be sent in July.
- Dates and times for accepted programs will be sent out August 15th.
- Accepted submissions will have until September 15th to request date/time changes. After that time, further changes will not be made, unless there is an emergency.
