Deletion of out of scope submissions
Must out of scope submissions be deleted? Can they not be just labeled out of scope? I would still like these people to attend the event, and for people to see what is not accepted.

- I see a distinction between a legitimate submission that doesn't get accepted, for whatever reason, and promotional material entirely unrelated to the conference. In the former case, I agree with you completely; in the latter case, on the other hand, we're not going to continue hosting it just because it came in via a submission form. - The program committee has already started reviewing the submissions, so I would not recommend making any major changes at this point, if only because they're likely to be missed by some or all of the reviewers. You're welcome to make small edits and corrections to the text of the proposal, however. Kirill (talk) 20:53, 1 September 2015 (EDT)
