How to create and maintain translatable pages on Meta

Have you tried to edit a page on Meta before and found yourself faced with incomprehensible jargon based on "translate" and "tvar"? Don't panic, this workshop will help you understand how it works!

During this workshop, we will:

  • Explore how the Translate Extension works by putting ourselves in the shoes of a volunteer translator ;
  • See how a translatable page is structured ;
  • Learn the basic rules for using markup and how to add or edit content without breaking everything ;
  • Discuss best practices proposed by the community and where to find additional documentation.

I hope you're enjoying the workshop so far!
