¿Qué es WikiConferencia Norteamérica?

WikiConferencia Norteamérica (anteriormente WikiConferencia EE.UU.) es la conferencia anual de entusiastas voluntarios de Wikimedia y en los Estados Unidos, Canadá y México. El fin de semana cuenta con dos presentaciones académicas y casuales en las actividades de extensión relacionadas con Wikimedia, talleres para mejorar las habilidades de los organizadores de base, y los debates sobre el pasado, presente y futuro de los proyectos de Wikimedia. La conferencia cuenta con pistas de extensión a la comunidad, la actividad en línea, las asociaciones con instituciones de conocimiento y tecnología.
