Decoding Downtown Indy Walking Tour

Description

On this in-depth 90-minute walking tour, explore city streets as Indiana Landmarks guides introduce architectural styles and share stories hidden in public landmarks, including Monument Circle and the Statehouse.

These tours examine the development of downtown Indianapolis and leave participants with the skills necessary to begin decoding local history in cities across the country.

Address: 50 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN

Docents meet the group by the center fountain in Hudnut Commons. Tours conclude near the starting location.

Participants should arrive at the starting location at least 5 minutes prior to the listed tour start time.
