Video and photo policies
(DRAFT) Do not photograph, video, or audio record anyone at WikiConference North America without their express permission, sought in advance. Most attendees will have badge lanyards showing their preference for photography through colors:
- Solid green: Photographs always okay.
- Red: Photographs never okay.
A green lanyard counts as express permission, sought in advance.
Those who are taking photographs and/or recording must also follow the Safe Space Policy-harassing photography or recordings are not permitted. Photography/recording shouldn’t be done in such a way as to hide from the subject that it’s happening.
