Hello! I am Thais C. Morata, an audiologist at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), in the US. I am a member of the editorial board of the WikiJournal of Science [1] and also an editor for Cochrane. I have been editing Wikipedia on a variety of subjects mostly related to occupational health and hearing loss prevention in the workplace. My first edits were under username User:SiSreach. I contribute as co-instructor to several University classes, to examine how we can use the help of the Wiki Edu platform to improve coverage of public health, occupational safety and health, acoustics and audiology articles articles. I enjoy this mechanism to disseminate high-quality, peer reviewed research to improve coverage of occupational safety and health content.
