GLAMs have not been feeling the love. support for GLAM editing on wikimedia has been sporadic and unsupported.

what would a GLAM foundation look like? what would be the scope of its activity? who could it partner with? where could it raise funds to support GLAM activity? who would be the volunteers to work with it? who would be the employees of such an organization?

let's have a workshop to brainstorm, and develop an action plan to implement a GLAM wiki foundation for the future.
