Hi Mckensiemack, thanks for your submission. I would like to invite you to expand a little bit on your proposal. Could you summarize for example a little more what the background of this proposal is (it seems that you developed it for an institution?) and explain in a sentence or two what kind of learnings a participant can expect? Is this more about understanding the big picture, or about developing personal skills? Thanks, that would be helpful!
