Matt brings over 20 years of experience to the Centre for Arts and Technology and is a certified Herrmann HBDI practitioner. He has coached, collaborated and advised senior leaders across North America for broad strategic initiatives. Matt’s coaching methodology is based on applied behavioural science and he helps his students with a laser focus on refining their high impact behaviours to achieve sustained results. Matt was the Training Lead for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and the Operations lead for the City Based Venues during the Olympics. Before joining CATO he facilitated Leadership Training for the Toronto2015 Pan Am Games and taught in Tokyo Japan.
