::Hi Kirill, 1. the tool panel shows Related Changes, not Recent Changes. Would you please add Recent Changes? 2. What I had in the "site map" is now somewhat satisfied by the links on our main page. I was hoping to make it clear to site visitors where they can find program submissions, the schedule, and other details. A sidebar or top menu bar would be good for this purpose, similar to what wikimedia.org.uk uses. --[[User:Pine|Pine]] ([[User talk:Pine|talk]]) 21:40, 2 August 2016 (EDT)

Deletion of out of scope submissions

Must out of scope submissions be deleted? Can they not be just labeled out of scope? I would still like these people to attend the event, and for people to see what is not accepted.

I understand why they might be better deleted, though. Blue Rasberry (talk) 12:06, 1 September 2015 (EDT)

I see a distinction between a legitimate submission that doesn't get accepted, for whatever reason, and promotional material entirely unrelated to the conference. In the former case, I agree with you completely; in the latter case, on the other hand, we're not going to continue hosting it just because it came in via a submission form. Kirill (talk) 12:36, 1 September 2015 (EDT)

Still Edit?

I've submitted a proposal for the 2015 conference. While it seems I can still edit it, is that within the scope of expectations? Tom Lowenhaupt (talk) 18:08, 1 September 2015 (EDT)

The program committee has already started reviewing the submissions, so I would not recommend making any major changes at this point, if only because they're likely to be missed by some or all of the reviewers. You're welcome to make small edits and corrections to the text of the proposal, however. Kirill (talk) 20:53, 1 September 2015 (EDT)

New site

Hi Kirill, thanks for setting up the site. I have a couple of requests. Would you please enable Recent Changes in the Tools panel? And would you please add a site map? Thanks! --Pine (talk) 21:34, 14 July 2016 (EDT)
