BrainMan2017 I suggest sharing some of the publications of the speakers so that attendees have access to this background info. This page is more than just a conference guide; it is also a permanent online record of what people think of Wikipedia right now, so for the sake of future readers it is helpful to share some of the present or recent publications or work of the speakers so that everyone can recognize the state of the wiki and what people want to change. Also note that other academics may refer to this page as supporting evidence that the wiki community welcomes this kind of activity.
