Hi, my name is Nicole Ebber and I work as the Adviser on International Relations at m:Wikimedia Deutschland in Berlin. This is where I am shaping our strategic communication and collaboration with the other Wikimedia organizations. I joined our movement in 2010 and have been working on projects like the m:Chapters Dialogue and the annual m:Wikimedia Conference. This account is solely used for the editing of Wikimedia projects and on behalf of Wikimedia Deutschland.
In 2017, I worked as the "Movement Strategy Track Lead for Organized Groups", which includes all 110 affiliates and other organized groups that support Wikimedia. I helped to lead, design, and implement a conversation with organized groups that resulted in an inspiring, impactful and unifying strategic direction for the Wikimedia Movement.
Now, in 2018, I am leading the Phase II of the Movement Strategy Process, where we engage the Wikimedia movement in a structured, distributed process to answer these questions and develop concrete guidance for how we move forward.
