The co-chairs of the friendly space team (or safe space team) for the 2024 WCNA are Peter Meyer and Marifer Veloz.
Dozens of volunteers will be helping. They wear yellow lanyards when on duty. Any conference person can ask for help. In general they can then reach out to other volunteers.
