Communications

A reasonable (and probably more convenient) alternative to always using BCC would be to create a mailing list which doesn't expose the identify of its members and send to that. A policy document like this should describe the desired effect (i.e. hiding of email addresses) rather than mandating a specific technical implementation. It would be fine to give BCC as one possible way to achieve the desired effect, but allow for other possible methods. RoySmith (talk) 18:43, 7 October 2024 (UTC)

Excellent point. I'm updated the Communications section (and also added a bit about sharing documents via Google Drive). Feedback (or direct edits) welcome. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 20:13, 7 October 2024 (UTC)
