- @Econterms do you mean the title, or the abstract? Or both? There's a reference for Wikimedia Central and Eastern Europe which I hoped would clarify it.
- As for the components of hubs, the word links to the meta page about hubs. Which is quite vague, but I'm not sure anyone can say more at this point. --Tgr (talk) 07:29, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
