@Econterms do you mean the title, or the abstract? Or both? There's a reference for Wikimedia Central and Eastern Europe which I hoped would clarify it.

As for the components of hubs, the word links to the meta page about hubs. Which is quite vague, but I'm not sure anyone can say more at this point. --Tgr (talk) 07:29, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
