Individual tickets are $25 USD and professional tickets are $100 USD. To enable everyone to participate regardless of financial constraints, we are also offering a no-cost option. These tickets can be requested via https://no-cost.wcna.wiki. Note that full and partial scholarship recipients will receive free tickets for this event.
What is covered in registration fee?
- Access to the conference and pre-conference activities
- Lunches on main conference days (October 4 to 6)

What is not covered in registration fee?
- Visa and passport application fees
- Travel cost to/from Indianapolis (plane, train, bus, car)
- Local transportation cost within Indianapolis (bus, train, parking)
- Accommodation (see Travel to Indianapolis for information on hotels)
- Meals on pre-conference days (October 3)
- Breakfasts and dinners on main conference days (October 4 to 6)
Registration & Information Desk
A registration and information desk will be set up. You may pick up name badges from the scholarship hotel lobby (Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown IUPUI, 414 W Vermont St) on October 3 from 8am to 5pm and from Hine Hall in Indiana University Indianapolis (875 W North St) during the conference.
