What is covered in registration fee?

  • Access to the conference and pre-conference activities
  • Lunches on main conference days (October 4 to 6)

What is not covered in registration fee?

  • Visa and passport application fees
  • Travel cost to/from Indianapolis (plane, train, bus, car)
  • Local transportation cost within Indianapolis (bus, train, parking)
  • Accommodation (see Travel to Indianapolis for information on hotels)

Registration & Information Desk

A registration and information desk will be set up. You may pick up name badges from the scholarship hotel lobby (Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown IUPUI, 414 W Vermont St) on October 3 from 8am to 5pm and from Hine Hall in Indiana University Indianapolis (875 W North St) during the conference.
