Problem creating user

Forgive me - Could you research this? I was working with someone and they tried to create an account on this wiki but it gave an error, which I can reproduce. Try "Create account", user test77, password test77a, and 2019 conference location Cambridge. It gave this:

Form input request

We can live without this . . . but is there a way to prevent somebody from clicking "Create submission" on this page, before either (a) creating an account, or (b) filling in a title? https://wikiconference.org/wiki/2021/Submissions

We want them to get some kind of message, or get a place to fill in the title or something on the next screen. I put in a sort of message, for English only. If I see what you do I will try to fiddle with it for French, but I couldn't figure out where the "forminput:" was coming from. -- Econterms (talk) 22:18, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
