WikiConference North America 2024 será la undécima reunión anual de wikimedistas, instituciones y profesionales de toda América del Norte, incluidos Canadá, Estados Unidos, México, el Caribe y América Central. Nuestro tema será "encrucijada", inspirado en el lema del estado de Indiana y también aludiendo a los múltiples significados de la palabra, como el lugar donde los wikimedistas de todo el continentese cruzan, así como lo que esperamos sea un punto de inflexión para los participantes.

History
WikiConference North America User Group was formed in 2016 after that year's conference. It is a recognized Affiliate by the Wikimedia Foundation. The purpose of the User Group is to assure that the experiences gained at one conference are shared with future year conference organizers. The mission of the User Group includes coordinating the planning and hosting of events under our purview.
Additionally, the User Group documents best practices and shares lessons learned with other Wikimedia communities planning and hosting conferences and similar events. In 2020, 2021 and 2022 WikiConference North America were online. We returned in person in 2023.
