Abstract:

All the planning for Women in Red's on-wiki campaigns/events occurs on-wiki at the Virtual Ideas Cafe (VIC). After 275 campaigns, on a budget of $0, there are a number of lessons learned. This session describes the collaborative monthly planning process, including ideas development, task delegation, logo design, newsletter creation, MassMessaging, and so forth.
